Job Description: Service Solution Specialist
Provide presales support to the Service Account Managers for Cisco Services (mainly Advanced Services) business inHK&TWterritory.
Understand and articulate Cisco Services portfolio in details, take leading role in service workshops for customers, partners and prospects.
Play a consultant role in customer facing engagement and understand customers’ industry/business/technical requirements, analyze requirements in customer context and design/propose the solutions based on Cisco Services offerings and capabilities.
Responsible for customer demand generation, opportunity identification and qualification, developing opportunity to customized contract and get customer agreement.
Play an account partner role for Cisco top-tier customers and develop long-term service business relationship.
Understand and identify market trends, and develop localized solution/service offerings to meet market demand and achieve business hyper growth.
Collaborate and teamwork with cross function teams to optimize resources and maximize business results.
Be viewed as thought leadership in service business transformation and able to achieve solid result in business and technologies.
l 1 st tier university degree, or master degree, in computer /communication /engineering related.
l Minimum 8 years of working experience in Information Technologies and Services, for enterprise market.
l Solid technical skills as network related architect or engineer. CCIE certification required, PMP/ITILcertifications highly preferred. Domain knowledge in Unix/middleware/database/virtualization/security preferred.
l Proven track records of leading delivery in consulting/design or integration projects are required.
l Industry knowledge is preferred, for financial services, manufacturing and retail, automobile and public service, etc.
l Good customer facing skill and interpersonal communication skill are required. Presales/consultant experience is highly preferred.
l Able to work independently, good team player.
l Self motivated, willing to work under pressure, creative in problem solving.
l FluentMandarin &English in both oral and written. CET-6 or equivalent level.
