Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job) :
The Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition, Supply Chain is responsible for supporting VF Asia’s growth objectives by creating and deploying talent acquisition strategies that strengthen our capabilities in the Supply Chain domain and ensure we have the talent to meet current and future business needs. This role is a part of VF Asia’s Talent Acquisition COE and the greater Talent Management COE.
Key Result Areas:
Work with key stakeholders and the Director of Talent Acquisition to build and implement the talent acquisition strategy for the supply chain organization in Asia
Recruit for Director and above level vacancies in supply chain
Become a subject matter expert, build close working relationships with the HR Business Partners and the business leaders in the Supply Chain organization in VF
Align with corporate talent acquisition COE on global frameworks, processes and tools
Work with the regional talent acquisition team on employer branding to attract and recruit the best talent for the supply chain organization in Asia
Raise market awareness for VF’s employer brand and drive overall external talent pipelining.
Provide stakeholders in coalitions and functions with recruitment expertise and solutions
Coach hiring managers on the recruiting process, interview techniques, and selection criteria. Ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidate
Provide direction and manage supply chain talent acquisition team members
Participating in industry events and professional associations
Develop and deploy best in class external talent pipeline strategies and initiatives for Supply Chain, which is one of VF’s critical capability
Optimize and leverage Workday Recruitment as a strategic talent acquisition & management tool across Supply Chain Talent Acquisition needs
Manage sourcing channels, platforms, networks and providers to generate an adequate talent pipeline, manage the procurement and measurement process
Manage future RPO vendor and processes, ensure vendor knows how to communicate VF’s value
Be a subject matter expert for the recruiting team in terms of sourcing channels, special job media campaigns, advanced search capabilities, pipelines
Stay current on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry
Work on building stronger candidate pipelining by linking with targeted professional organizations
Identify proactive sourcing solutions for the Supply Chain organization that will drive VF’s growth: strengthen the Leadership /Expert Pipeline.
