VF Corporation Senior Licensing Manager - Lee AP in Hong Kong
To represent the licensing countries and participate in the strategy formulation of the brand in Asia Pacific region.
To work closely with Asia Pacific licensees to make sure their business and marketing strategies properly support the Lee brand strategies and achieve VF financial expectation
To review the capabilities of licensees from time to time, and to identify new partners if needed.
To collect, analyze, and evaluate sales data and market conditions to generate accurate business forecast and support the brand growth in Asia Pacific licensing countries.
To negotiate the business terms for new licensee and renewal of current licensee. Work with the US legal team to finalize agreement signing, handle counterfeit and trademark registration issues.
To explore new territory/ new category licensing opportunity for Lee
To supervise licensees’ execution of the brand at retail, including customer service, KPI management, team training, etc. Review and approve all points of sales by territory.
To work with Project/VM teams to ensure Licensees are supporting the brand’s VM standards and implementing seasonal visual concepts and corporate directives in a timely manner.
To work with the Product team to ensure licensees are designing, producing Lee products in line with our product direction and quality standard. Also to work with Compliance team/ Responsible Sourcing team to ensure licensees are using VF compliant factories to produce Lee products.
To work with Marketing team and ensure licensees are executing the regional campaign with approved local marketing activities.
To create alignment and leverage best practices/processes between Licensees.
To organize seasonal sales meetings held in Asia Pacific.
To manage all the communication between licensees and VF including but not limited to report submission, payment receivables, etc.
To manage a Licensing team in AP regional office.
