We are looking for a proactive Senor Key Account Manager (KAM) to join us to help manage and grow the existing network of accounts we have in the China market. If you have a track record in business development, enjoy relationship building, and have genuine interest in music, sports and entertainment, then this is a great opportunity to work in a truly international environment!



  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.

  • Forecast the potential for the China market and conduct market research on competitors.

  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

  • Upsell to clients on the purchase of sports & musical events, travel arrangement, hospitality services and meet & greet packages.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.

  • Manage the post-sales service. Provide an effective follow up and verify the customer's level of satisfaction.

  • Complete all daily-executed sales through CRM.


  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is a must (speaking, writing)

  • 5+ experiences in sales / business development, gained within the e-commerce, travel & tourism, or entertainment industries.

  • Proven ability to hit aggressive goals while operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrable skills in problem solving, consultative selling and relationship building.

  • High interpersonal and multi-tasking ability.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of e-commerce or the ticketing industry.

  • Passion for live events - sports/concert/entertainment enthusiast a plus

  • Willingness to travel throughout Mainland China.
