VF Corporation Retail Executive in Hong Kong

Job Description

  • Assist the Retail Manager and provide support to the retail team to achieve the financial objective and all retail KPI targets

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to all retail stores

  • Assist the Retail Manager to follow up store operation issues

  • Assist in retail stores’ daily operations, include monitoring of inventory level, stock deliveries and stock take arrangement

  • Assist in store opening project and store closure (permanent and temporary)

  • Coordinate with Marketing/ VM team in arranging instore visual display materials or retail marketing materials.

  • Assist to prepare various retail sales reports, incentive report, promotion report, monthly report and market analysis

  • Assist in arranging and planning duty roster monthly and maintain attendance records of all retail staff, also in calculating part-timer payrolls and incentives

  • Communicate and follow up with logistics team and warehouse to ensure on time delivery of merchandise

  • Support ad-hoc retail projects and assignments as assigned by Retail Manager
