Job Description:

Responsible for driving the sales of a broad range of services for our Litigation Support Services business, you will be entrepreneurial in nature, with a strong client focus and an enduring passion for growth. A strong track record in revenue generation and proven ability to manage multi-million dollar sales pipelines will be essential for this role.

A strategic thinker you will create business development prospects to systematically increase our client base and cross selling opportunities.

This is a demanding role that requires high energy levels, and a strong ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop high performing sales professionals. The ability to create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and cooperation will be vital.

You will be responsible for setting and delivering sales strategies to expand our territories and fully promote our legal services into existing and new market segments.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Sales management

  • Own the sales strategy, working with the executive team to define actions and targets.

  • Build the ‘leads’ pipeline and throughput volumes via both, in-bound and out-bound channels in order to secure profitable, long term revenue for Epiq with new and existing clients

  • Deliver budgeted annual, quarterly and monthly new business revenues.

  • Ensure timely and accurate usage of SalesForce for the development of leads and prospects.

  • Drive sales policies, procedures and delivery to established timelines and support the agreed corporate sales models, templates, product strategy and target client segments

  • Assumes accountability for both short-term success and longer-term strategy

  • Regularly measure and analyse productivity and effectiveness, form strategic product road maps, create market positioning and competitive advantages, and determine budget trade-offs with a goal of continually improving and developing sustainable results

  • Creates a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying company performance, compensation and promotions to tangible results

  • Maintain appropriate post-sales/retention contact with clients to ensure quality assurance as well as solicitation of future business.

  • Collaborate and work closely with a variety of departments within the organization, including Marketing, Operations, Product Management and Finance.

Team management

  • Be a leader and a role model. Be highly self-motivated, focused and inspire the sales team

  • Manage the team of Sales Professionals throughout Asia (currently Hong Kong, China, Japan and Singapore)

  • Define the team’s KPIs and review on a regular basis to ensure the team stay on track

  • Conduct one-to-one developmental strategies with all direct reports to build more effective communication, establish training and development needs, and to provide insights to maximise performance

  • Lead weekly sales team meetings to review pipeline activity, proposals, strategy, resources, best practices, etc.

Working relationships

  • (External) Promote company values and how the business chooses to engage with its clients – ensure urgency and accuracy in all functions, appropriate focus and engagement practices with client contacts, to develop strong personal and profitable relationships

  • (Internal) Work collaboratively across the business to develop, plan and implement appropriate reporting systems, programs and practices. Additionally, develop pricing, commercial strategies and a detailed sales plan to support and execute the agreed DTI strategy

Qualifications

  • Degree educated

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on, sales and sales management experience selling professional services.

  • Demonstrable experience of building and growing sales team and delivering exceptional results

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Strong presentation skills including ability to perform software demonstrations.

  • Well-developed listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions and clearly discuss business value propositions.

  • Excellent proposal writing skills and ability to manage complex sales engagements.

Special Requirements:

Extensive travel within the designated sales territory is required, as is periodic travel for training and professional conferences/conventions.
