Purpose of JobTo develop and execute strategic marketing programs for PCD Fragrance products in HK local market. To contribute to the overall company profit and business development through new product launches, tactical marketing campaign as well as on-going support to the business.Main Responsibilities:

(A) Product Management: - Achieve the annual sales target on Fragrance- Develop marketing strategies for Dior Fragrance business based on business analysis, competitors monitoring and product launch calendar of the year - Develop the "Key big idea" for fragrance launches, such as counter animation, customer events, roadshow, etc, based on the strategies- Lead on the orchestration of the key big idea deployment with internal teams, follow-through on the status, execution and ensure that the quality is up to brand image- Closely liaise with CRM team, sales team & training team in the development stage to collect input and ensure understanding and support for the overall implementation- Prepare briefing notes for sales team briefing in frontline- Post event result monitoring and report preparation - Develop marketing collateral to communication effectively to end consumer while maintaining good PCD brand image. E.g. product leaflets, brochures, direct mailers.(B) Stock Management: - New product launch - Stock and promotion material (such as sample, gifts, etc) forecast calculation, coordinating the quantity request from different teams, get alignment with management and input to the system accurately before global deadline- Follow through timely stock delivery and coordination of the accurate price setting in system- Basic product - to work with Business Analyst to monitor the sales trend and adjust forecast of basic product if necessary - Discontinued product - coordinate with different teams to deploy the respective change- Inventory control of promotion materials

(C) Reporting and Budget Control: - Conduct pre-test and post campaign result analysis for all new launches and promotional events such as new launch weekly report, post campaign report, monthly promotion results and sample redemption results, etc- Collect and maintain competitive activities information data to keep abreast of the market environment and follow up the reporting - Facilitate the budget and revision process- Control the budget and profitability of her/his responsible areas.


Key competencies:- Proficient in both of spoken and written English and Cantonese - Strong analytical ability with strategic thinking. Positive with integrity and detail-oriented. - Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Good planning and organizing skills with drive for results, problem solving and action-oriented.- Have passion in beauty industry, luxury products or higher segment consumer goods.Technical Skills:- Proficient in MS applicationsProfile: - University Graduate- 8-10 years of relevant experience in brand / product management capacity, preferred with exposure to international brands / beauty industry
