The individual will have specific responsibility to develop internal and external awareness for approved Asia Pacific marketing programs for PFSS products under the direction of the co-heads of global marketing and in local partnership with the regional product and sales leads.
Plan & Budgeting
Working with the global marketing lead and the regional business team, to be responsible for the timely identification and development of the Asia Pacific budget and marketing plans covering all regional marketing communications requirements for the region
To be responsible for the planning, development and execution of annual PFSS marquee events to include Regional CAB, Asia Pacific Securities Leadership Forums and Connections program in line with the overall plans for PFSS.
Local Market Marketing
Working with the relevant product, sales and country leads in all sixteen markets as prioritized and directed by the business, to develop the marketing plan for supporting marketing initiatives at local level and to own and develop the marketing launch of new markets or products as needed.
Working with regional leads across PFSS:
·Identify, package and maintain a comprehensive master list of internal and external speakers by topic, to use proactively in support of speaker/panelist placement at key regional and market events throughout APAC.
·Continue to support the development of ongoing market specific messaging
·To be responsible for the successful introduction of local messaging materials throughout all collateral applications
To establish, develop and maintain a suite of marketing collateral as directed, including but not limited to;
Maintenance and regular updating of local messaging, pitch materials, new product launches, surveys/thought leadership.
In co-ordination with the broader marketing efforts of the group, work to identify and package key award/accolades on behalf of the PFSS business.
To identify and maintain a marketing led competitor monitor/analysis tool incorporating ad campaigns, messages, collateral and press activities that directly/indirectly compete with the business.
To identify and develop a digital marketing plan in conjunction and coordination with the broader Markets initiatives on the website and through other digital channels – video content, email campaigns, social media.
To support and develop PFSS based product specific materials as required.

5+ years minimum MarketingExperience
Languages: Englishand Chinese essential
North Asia/China IndustryExperience preferred
