  • Demonstrate the leadership to drive client’s usage of the digital trading and transactional services by working closely with Product team, Digital Banking and Marketing team The digital trading and transactional services includes Stock, Treasury (FX and Premium Account), Deposit booking and payment and transfer services

  • Lead the team to understand the client’s behavior in the digital world and behavior of DIY banking services/trading As such, to formulate the right cross-selling strategy and client experience to promote the use of digital trading and transactional services

  • Despite the digital platform promotion is targeting all segments of customers, digital banking is the most important value proposition for the Citi Priority segment The candidate will play an important role to drive the Citi Priority’s value proposition, upsell, upgrade and new-to-banks by using the digital trading hook

  • The candidate is expected to develop new and industry-first idea together with Product and Digital banking team from time to time, to encourage our clients to use the digital platform

  • Responsible to develop the product marketing program mechanics with justified PandL, at the same time to monitor the results of product related ATL and BTL promotions, including Stock acquisition and usage program, FX and Premium Account usage program for new and existing customers etc Will be in charge of developing all the relevant BTL materials to clients, while the ATL deliverables will be assisted by the Marketing team

  • Required to work closely with supporting teams, such as Operation, Sales Management Office, Sales channels, Legal and Compliance, etc on the development of cross-selling strategy and marketing promotions

  • Monitor channels’ performance on product and services cross-selling, mainly work with Decision Management, Digital banking and Sales channels

  • Manage marketing budget to enhance marketing efficiency

  • Motivate the team to achieve target with job satisfaction and harmony working environment


  • University graduate

  • Minimum 10+ years of working experiences Preferred to have banking experience, at the same time with some digital/telecom/FMCG background Mindset to understand and anticipate clients’ digital behavior is a MUST

  • Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and English Putonghua is an advantage

  • Knowledge of marketing technique is essential

  • Good interpersonal skills and be a good team player

  • Self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Excellent skill in Excel/Powerpoint/Word and basic statistical knowledge would be added advantages
