  • Lead the team to explore and generate new ideas and formulate business strategies to drive card online acquisition, strengthening card value proposition and card feature development; in order to meet the business objectives and targets

  • Lead the team to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure the business objectives can be achieved and all marketing programs/ new initiatives run smoothly and effectively

  • Work closely with Management, regional team and cross-functional teams including Sales Channels, Decision Management, Risk Management, Operation, Customer Service, Marketing Communication & etc.

  • Closely monitor and report the business progress and alert for proper action in a timely manner through ongoing keep track of KPI and budget plan

  • Ensure all tasks are executed and controlled within the determined risk level and adhere to legal and compliance standard


  • University graduate, preferably in marketing or related disciplines

  • Minimum 10 years solid marketing experience in banking industry preferably in cards business

  • Attentive to details, able to work independently, handle and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Proactive and adapt to dynamic environment

  • Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with customer centricity mindset

  • Good project management skills

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS office application
