Description

  • Responsible for providing a superior customer experience in branch while meeting all business objectives

  • Manages a team of employees to ensure the daily sales, service and operational plans are embedded in the way business is done, while ensuring a “customer first” experience

  • Inspires, recognizes, and provides a motivational environment through daily coaching

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Branch maximizing client excellence, profitability and driving growth within the framework and compliance while protecting the branch

  • Manages and develops talent to achieve sales goals and fosters a culture of integrity, client focus and accountability

Qualifications

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management role with retail banking

  • Good knowledge of banking products, compliance and branch operations and procedures

  • Strong people management, communication and problem solving skills

  • Passed HKSI 1,7,8 & IIQE 1,2,3,5 qualifications or equivalent
