Business Development:

  • Develop and review relationship plans with RMs for clients assigned.

  • Own and manage product sales pipeline tracking and achieve portfolio revenue and deal wins targets

  • Call on clients to identify new opportunities on Cash Management and advise clients on best practices

  • Stay updated on market and competition and provide regular inputs to relationship and product teams

  • Originate both domestic and cross-border deals and work with relevant partners for cross-border deals

  • Work with product team in creating marketing collateral & standard client pitch books

  • Foster sales expertise & facilitate sharing of knowledge and best practices

Account Management:

  • Monitor operating cash and trade flows for clients in the portfolio to identify any client attrition and take prompt action as required

  • Identify clients at risk due to poor client experience or competitive threats and take prompt action to avoid loss

Deal Management:

  • Write sales proposals and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals).

  • Making client pitches / presentations

  • Own the deal review process including taking necessary approvals from Product, Risk, Operations & Technology, Compliance, Legal, etc.

  • Work closely with Implementation team to ensure successful implementation of mandated deals and revenue ramp-up


  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of cash management, banking and client interfacing experience

  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent

  • Have knowledge of Cash Management products, banking & the client sales cycle

  • High degree of professionalism and work independently

  • Builds robust working relationships with clients and internal colleagues

  • Strong written, listening & verbal communication skills

  • Excellent consultative selling & negotiation ability

  • Attention to detail and consistent follow-up skills
