Be the lead to focus and streamline the Know Your Client QA, Account Documentation and end to end onboarding process across all regions
Understand the Bank’s Global KYC/ Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Standards, Account Documentation procedures, Local Laws and Regulations and implement related control process
Enhance Client risk assessments and various MIS reports for management reporting to facilitate review in managing risk and strengthening the control procedures and process.
Require regular communications with different constituents including business, Credit, Legal & Compliance to Understand and manage any concerns regarding quality of work and service Standards
Develop improvement initiatives for streamlining the KYC and onboarding process ensuring Compliance with Policy and Regulations.
Be part of the Global onboarding team with interactions across different regions to Enhance seamless onboarding experience to clients while observing Global consistence.
Facilitate InView, CRS process implementation and other Global or business initiatives.
Provide regular status updates and escalate necessary issues to Regional and Global O&T seniors
Degree majoring in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
Knowledgeable and experienced in operations, KYC/AML, account documentation, risk management process and compliance in banking or financial industry.
Demonstrated effectiveness in people management – in particular motivation, development, and teamwork.
A strong leader who is able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment, appreciate diversity, influence stakeholders and drive results within tight schedule.
Excellent interpersonal ability to manage relationships with all levels.
Strong process and project management experience.
