Description

Responsibilities:

• Support a team of relationship managers in managing Financial Institutions clients

• Coordinate with customer service and operations to provide cross-functional support to customers

• Work with relationships managers, product partners and other support functions to establish tailored solutions in meeting client needs

• Participate in customer due diligence and account documentation process

• Participate in new departmental initiatives to improve workflows and processes

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 4+ years industry experience, preferably in sales support or operation function with banks

• Basic knowledge in banking products and credit is an advantage

• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage

• Strong customer orientation and service commitment

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn

• A good team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
