THE OPPORTUNITY:

StubHub International is seeking a English and Chinese speaking Catalog Executive, to create and manage our catalog entities and events for the English and Chinese speaking markets in APAC.

LOCATION:

Hong Kong

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and create catalog entities and events for the English speaking markets in APAC.

  • Monitor the region’s event landscape, identifying areas of opportunities.

  • Record all relevant event details in the database.

  • Responsible for executing catalog bulk actions and IA (Information Architecture) definition.

  • Configuration of maps for the event.

  • Ensure and maintain the website so that the catalog information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Data analysis and reporting.

  • Bug reporting.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) language skills.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in a digital environment, (preferably in a ticketing industry or managing catalog for a large-scale website).

  • Familiarity with CMS (Content Management Systems).

  • Working knowledge and understanding of HTML.

  • Structured and organized, with an analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and work to tight deadlines.

  • Capable of understanding how e-commerce works and how it is built.

  • Agile learner with a technical perspective.
