The APAC Campus Recruitment and Program Management Team is to attract, develop and retain top early career talents for Citi. In Hong Kong, there are seven programs that develop entry-level talents as potential leaders for the bank through structured training, challenging roles and ongoing performance management.

The coordinator provides support for all campus recruiting and program management activities in Hong Kong. The support generally occurs prior to hire covers the recruiting process from end to end for both summer interns and full time analyst/associate hires. Working with recruiters on the ground, coordinator is responsible to execute necessary tasks to attract and convert to hire top entry-level talent for the firm.

  • Provide on-campus support of recruiting events and summer internship activities including scheduling, planning and logistics (venues, food and beverage, marketing materials, etc); Develop and maintain close relationship with multiple internal parties such as Corporate Facility Team, Printer, Video Conference team and many others to ensure seamless event organization

  • Perform all recruitment system updates and maintenance

  • Work with offshore HR Service Delivery team and vendors to ensure New Hire processing is completed including: onboarding logistics, work visa applications, employee ID creation, background screening, correspondence, etc.

  • Manage team administration including processing of T&E, tracking of team information, etc

  • Develop, maintain and enhance intern and full-time candidate tracking files

  • Manage, analyze, and summarize candidate data to produce reports

  • Work closely with offshore Regional Campus Operation Team to produce recruiting reports to meet program specific needs


  • 3 years+ experience in an administrative oriented role, ideally with prior Human resources experience

  • Desire to be in a service oriented environment; demonstrate a team-playing and helpful attitude

  • A detail-oriented independent problem solver, organized and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a very fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional flexibility when approaching tasks, demonstration discretion and strong judgment with an ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal clients
