Schneider Electric Key Account Executive in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong


  • Establish, develop and maintain relationship with major accounts in the target segments; Ensure growth of sales and market shares
  • Manage the Key Account through in-depth knowledge of business and investment projects as well as intimacy with key decision makers
  • Work closely with Solution, Partner, Project and Service team for successful solution development and project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Leverage the Schneider direct and indirect sales resources in order to implement country-based sales, projects and services strategies
  • Provide relevant information and reports about the key account


  • Bachelor degree or above, business major preferred
  • Related product knowledge and good understanding of client network, existing account relationship preferred
  • At least 2-3 years above key account management experience; Proven track record in developing and managing accounts
  • Very strong communication skills (internal & external audiences)
  • Ability to work with a virtual team and leverage resources
  • Good MS PowerPoint and Excel skills; report writing skills, ability to make C-Level proposal for key customers
  • Ability to work under pressure
