Responsibilities :

  • Implement and sustain hotel connectivity solutions among our distribution partners

  • Perform administrative support for other systems and tools used across the sales organization, such as user permission management/review, administrative reporting, coordination on maintenance and updates, testing/configuration for new systems

  • Provide solution overview and basic training to new joiners on key systems and tools

  • Assist the development and documentation of detailed requirement for development of new systems/tools, or enhancement of existing systems/tools

  • Design, perform and coordinate appropriate testing for new systems/tools or new features being deployed on behalf of sales team

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

  • Adequate knowledge and experience on property management systems (such as Opera) and hotel connectivity solutions

  • Knowledge on key business processes within Sales organizations in travel industry would be an advantage

  • Good sense in IT system design and logic

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external partners

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
