Lead & develop the Pricing and Revenue Management team responsible for F&B and Merchandise. Develop and deliver strategic vision and tactical approach for the Pricing and Revenue Management areas to drive revenue and profits for the site through annual and promotional pricing strategies.
Support the Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Revenue Plan processes.
Develop effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue per capita and profitability; identify distressed periods and initiate recovery and contingency plans.
Participate in planning and developing F&B and Merchandise products / programs / packages for optimizing revenue.
Implement Guest centric revenue management techniques to increase and maintain Guest satisfaction while optimizing Guest spend in park and hotel F&B / Merchandise locations.
Understand and effectively utilize computerized operational systems. Implement and update IT systems as needed.
Ability to develop statistical modeling to drive strong analytics-based decision making, as well as be able to articulate these via written documents and presentations to senior management at Hong Kong Disneyland.
Initiate new projects and studies that have the potential to drive incremental revenue.
Utilize best practices from Walt Disney Parks & Resorts located around the world into the day-to-day operation and share local learnings / best practices with the segment team.
Handle ad hoc analyses and projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline.
At least 8 relevant working experience in data mining and business analysis in Merchandise and F&B or related industry, with at least 3 years in managerial role.
Solid business acumen and industry knowledge.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with substantial hands-on experience in conducting sophisticated business analysis or modeling.
Effective partnering, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in using MS Office applications, SAS, SPSS, Arena, and other simulation packages.
