The incumbent is responsible for the manpower and budget formulation, planning and implementation of maintenance activities in Toystory Land, Grizzly Gulch and Mystic Manor attractions.
Responsible for the maintenance activities of following systems include downtime emergency recovery, 24/7 corrective maintenance, overnight preventive maintenance, ride vehicles and show systems including audio, video projectors, special effects, animatronics, lighting modifications, rehabilitation, and refurbishment projects, and running of three attraction workshops and spare part and asset management.
Oversee the KPI of Attractions Maintenance, including Maximo Balance Score Card, Safety, Attractions Readiness, Reliability, Attractions Show Quality on Animation, Lighting Special Effect, Video, Film, Water and Audio under the incumbent scope of work.
In charge of attractions Project works - Special and Seasonal Events on parkwide AV/lighting and animatronics props, Attractions IFP Projects, Global Safety Notifications , Global Service Bulletin, Amusement Ride Annual Survey
Action owner on internal and Global safety (Tier I, II and III) and show quality audits findings. Formulate and implement execution plans to close out the action items
Be the Hong Kong Disneyland Maintenance Point of Contact to EMSD on the responsible attraction downtimes and guest injuries.
Act as the asset owner in the responsible attractions, partnering with Global counterpart (WDW Maintenance team, WDW Global Applied Technology, WDI) on global synergy in local maintenance activities
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors of Art or Science degree holder, preferably in Engineering with post-graduate degree in management with minimum 8 years of related experience
Solid leader, communicator and interpersonal skills
Excellent at planning, priority setting and execution with consistent consideration on safety, quality and engineering viability
Familiar with all rounded Engineering Ordinance/Regulations (Amusement Rides (Safety) Ordinance ;Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance; Electricity Ordinance; Gas (safety) Ordinance, Factory & Industrial Undertakings )
Fluent in English and Chinese
Must be a registered professional Engineer under HK Ca 409, an Amusement Ride Surveyor or Competent Person under HK Cap49
