Cigna Assistant Manager, Transformation in Kowloon, Hong Kong

The incumbent will take up responsibilities as a Transformation Assistant Manager to drive and implement transformational changes across various section of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key agent between project team, business users, technical teams and business owners to drive transformational changes across the organization
  • Be Center of Excellence (COE) to provide suggestions, training, and facilitate discussions in terms of process automation, agile methodology, digitalization as well as embracing new technology
  • Review current business models & processes, and propose initiatives that utilizes technology to drive improvements/innovations that are aligned with the shared visions across the organization
  • Conduct business change requirement analysis and documentation, including but not limited to validations of business / technical needs, as well as impact analysis
  • Propose / facilitate end-to-end business and technical solution design
  • Plan, Drive and Manage End-to-End delivery of initiatives/projects

Qualifications:

  • Desired business or relevant tertiary qualifications with more than 5 years’ hands-on experience in business operation, changes or projects management/delivery, business analysis or transformations preferably in insurance/financial industry
  • Professional certification in Project Management / Business Analysis / Process Engineering would be an advantage but not a must
  • Ability to work independently in pressured & dynamic environment
  • Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Strong analytic, problem solving, planning & implementation skills
  • Proven track records in delivering complex projects/initiative across various business area
  • Energetic with “can-do” attitude
  • Passionate about embracing new idea and technology
