Colliers Workplace Change Manager in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

The Workplace Change Manager will initiate and identify project supporters and will design and execute change management activities across leadership and stakeholder engagement, organisational alignment, learning and development, and communications. They will develop and execute all aspects of the change management strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head of Workplace Solutions North Asia. The role will involve imbedding the change and communications to directly support the Workplace Strategy to be implemented. The individual will work alongside our project managers and key business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the technical aspects of the project while maintaining focus on the “people” side of change.

_Responsibilities_

  • Change impact analysis / Change readiness assessment

  • Risk Assessment / Mitigation plan

  • Change action planning and implementation

  • Stakeholder assessment and management – owning key relationships with stakeholders across all levels

  • Communication and engagement strategy and plan development and implementation

_Requirements:_

The role is “hands on” from the outset and will require demonstrable project and change management experience, along with:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Architecture or Design related is preferred

  • Minimum of 5-8 years in real estate / workplace functions

The Workplace Change Manager will have experience working within a large multi-disciplinary organisation and be confident working with a large number of internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, active listening and root cause identification are essential. The role requires a genuine appreciation for change with an ability to lead in new and ambiguous situations. The Workplace Change Manager will motivate people to undertake and embrace the new ways of working.

Primary location will be Hong Kong with occasional travelling across North Asia Region.
