Colliers Secretary | Managing Director's Office in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

  • Work closely with HK MD’s Executive Assistant to provide various secretarial and administration support to senior management and the team

    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentation and marketing materials

    • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM programme

    • Assist in executing marketing proposal such as organizing marketing events and seminars

    • Arrange meetings, conference calls, interviews, events and calendar management

    • Maintain central filing system

    • Higher Diploma or degree holder with at least 2 years relevant working experience

    • Previous working experience in MNC companies will be an added bonus

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Must have excellent written and spoken English

    • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

    • Diplomatic, proactive, hardworking and devoted to work

    • Immediate available is highly preferred
