Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Reservations Department, including providing courteous, efficient and professional service to create an experience for all reservations calls and emails. Create room booking and maintaining database accuracy.
Experience - 1 year working experience in any guest contact position
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Technical/ functional competencies - experience in computer skills (Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint), type & write in Chinese is preferable, knowledge of Opera is a plus.
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
