Visa Marketing Manager in Hong Kong, Hong Kong
The Marketing Manager, reporting to head of Hong Kong marketing, assists on all administrative functions and marketing activities.
Marketing initiative and campaign planning and execution including above the line and below the line marketing activities.
In charge of marketing program launch activities including merchant negotiation as well as vendor management
Working closely with regional team for research, measurement and related activities collaboration.
Working closely with cross-functional team in country level to perform client-marketing activities.
Manage client banks queries regarding respective marketing programs
Brand guard for all public released marketing materials
Be responsible to maintain Visa owned digital platforms e.g. Visa official website, Facebook fanpage, VMORC platform
Supervise on Forecast, Accrual, Receiving procedures for respective campaigns.
Management of budgeting change, process, partnership contracts
Other administrative work of Marketing dept on BAU projects, file keeping and documentation and make sure all process in order with accuracy and complete on time
Minimum 5 year branding marketing and product marketing related experience
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible
Proven ability on marketing campaign planning and execution covering ATL and BTL scope
Good experience of digital and social media knowledge and operation
Detailed oriented in terms of scheduling, budgeting and data analysis
Strong project management skills with external, internal stakeholders including agency, merchant, country and regional level
Responsible and proactive with good business sense and understanding of marketing process
The function that this individual performs is key to delivering on Visa’s “Expand Access” strategic pillar. It forms a part of Visa’s Acceptance development, merchant relations, interchange management and industry stakeholder management team. Failure to deliver on those commitments can have a visible and pronounced impact on Visa’s revenues, reputation and brand image, and in some cases, can expose the company to financial liability.
