§ To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to senior management and the team

§ To assist in preparing proposal / reports

§ To maintain centralized filing systems in compliance of ISO standards

§ To handle travel arrangements for team members

§ To record leave applications / maintain and update client database / maintain task list and proposal list

§ To maintain and organize department head’s schedules, including meetings, conferences and business travel

§ To prepare presentations and minutes for meeting

§ Associate Degree or above with formal secretarial training

§ At least 4 years relevant working experience in MNC company, real estate industry will be an advantage

§ Good command in spoken and written of both English and Cantonese. Fluent Mandarin is an asset.

§ Proficient in Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

§ Pleasant, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility

§ Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skill
