Role Descriptions

Responsible for managing the Human Resources division in order to meet the W Hong Kong’s business objectives. Play a strategic role into planning, developing and directing the human resources function in order to attract, retain, develop and motivate associates in a cost effective manner in accordance to labour laws, policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Experience - minimum 10 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in department management position in a luxury hotel

Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline

Competencies - excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Strong in leadership and negotiation skills

Language skills - fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
