Resources Global Professionals (RGP) Compliance Manager - Financial Services in Hong Kong, Hong Kong


  • Review policies, procedures, and product related materials and carry out compliance review

  • Assess and review customers' risk portfolio

  • Identify and resolve compliance gaps with different business units and subsidiaries to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Conduct regular compliance monitoring procedures and checking

  • Conduct forensic reviews of the various teams and business


  • Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field

  • Minimum 8 years working experience is required, CFA qualification is an advantage

  • Previous consulting experience in Risk Advisory/Enterprises Risk Management Services

  • Proven track record and hands-on experience in Internal Control, Risk Management and /or Compliance in the Banking or Financial Services industry is highly preferred

  • Ability to determine risk areas, identify control issues, perform compliance testing, compile documentation and mapping of policies and procedures

  • Solid knowledge on banking processes/procedures/systems

  • A dynamic and proactive individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in written and verbal)

  • Dedicated individual with excellent work commitment, detailed oriented, risk and quality focused

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
