Your role:

Are you trustworthy in driving the business forward? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • work with key stakeholders across front to back to drive multiple projects within Wealth Management

  • identify and assess complex business issues, provide sustainable recommendations to senior management and drive implementation of solutions

  • drive the preparation of agenda, content and minutes for various decision bodies / committees and ensure follow-up on action items

  • promote front-to-back collaboration with key partners including Markets, Operations, Technology

  • support ad-hoc requests by senior management (e.g., presentations, updates, projects etc.)

Your team:

As part of the WM Greater China Operating Office team, you will partner with a range of internal stakeholders to support the implementation and execution of key business initiatives to drive the growth of our business.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • a university degree and multiple years' experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management

  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • project management experience

You are:

  • fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (the role requires you to interact with stakeholders supporting Chinese clients)

  • able to build partnerships internally with stakeholders and a strong \"executive\" presence among peers
