Colliers Assistant Manager | Finance in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

  • Report to Finance Director

    • Provide analytical support to Business Unit management to drive business and financial performance

    • Provide insightful, timely and value-added analysis on key financial topics

    • Assist in the annual budget process and produce robust forecasts to drive business objectives

    • Track and control the budget and overhead expenses for the Business Units

    • Deliver financial management reports and pipeline management

    • Drive monthly P&L and B/S management

    • Participate in FP&A process improvement initiatives and any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Management

    • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

    • Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred

    • 2-4 years of financial planning and business analysis working experience

    • Willing to be hands-on and advanced proficiency in Excel is a must

    • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

    • Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and have strong organizational skills

    • This role will be robust and challenging, and the successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
