Credit Suisse ASG Program Trading Support in Hong Kong, Hong Kong
Provide day-to-day support for applications used by Front office users in the Equities Cash business, primarily but not limited to Program Trading users.
You will handle critical system issues and lead investigations to resolve problems following the incident management process.
Instruments end to end monitoring of infrastructures to ensure system readiness and timely alerting of potential issues.
Drive root cause on all incidents, avoiding repeat occurrences by partnering with development and infrastructure team to resolve gaps.
Manage production readiness, ensuring all changes are processed per the Change Management policies and procedures.
Improve efficiency through evaluating the risks and opportunities in our day to day job.
Drive automation agenda, including identify and remediate manual/low value activities and misaligned tasks.
You possess experienced knowledge of Equities Cash Client Trading and Executions.
You have experienced the high-demanding environment of the trade floor.
You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills – as well as written and verbal communication.
You should have understanding of ITIL (Problem management/Change management) processes.
You are proficient in Linux, FIX Protocol and SQL.
You have VBA/Macro/Shell/Perl/Python to an advanced level to automate processes.
Your monitoring and log management tools (e.g. Autosys, Control-M, Geneos, Kibana, Splunk) is a benefit.
You should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical or business area.
