Credit Suisse ASG Program Trading Support in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

  • Provide day-to-day support for applications used by Front office users in the Equities Cash business, primarily but not limited to Program Trading users.

  • You will handle critical system issues and lead investigations to resolve problems following the incident management process.

  • Instruments end to end monitoring of infrastructures to ensure system readiness and timely alerting of potential issues.

  • Drive root cause on all incidents, avoiding repeat occurrences by partnering with development and infrastructure team to resolve gaps.

  • Manage production readiness, ensuring all changes are processed per the Change Management policies and procedures.

  • Improve efficiency through evaluating the risks and opportunities in our day to day job.

  • Drive automation agenda, including identify and remediate manual/low value activities and misaligned tasks.


  • You possess experienced knowledge of Equities Cash Client Trading and Executions.

  • You have experienced the high-demanding environment of the trade floor.

  • You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills – as well as written and verbal communication.

  • You should have understanding of ITIL (Problem management/Change management) processes.

  • You are proficient in Linux, FIX Protocol and SQL.

  • You have VBA/Macro/Shell/Perl/Python to an advanced level to automate processes.

  • Your monitoring and log management tools (e.g. Autosys, Control-M, Geneos, Kibana, Splunk) is a benefit.

  • You should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical or business area.
