Cigna Senior Manager, Business & Marketing Strategy in Wanchai, Hong Kong


The incumbent will be responsible for effective delivery of our group solutions and strategic account servicing for brokerage channel for global and local group and individual businesses, handling both LHB and GHB cases as well as Individual Private Medical Insurance under the “One Cigna” strategy. The primary focus of the position is to enhance and support the on-target sales of the brokerage channel and account maintenance to ensure maximum effectiveness of internal processes and communication and guarantee optimum service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as strategic account manager to brokers and clients on key jumbo accounts
  • Resolve internal servicing and customer service issues through a serious of diagnosis to identify the root cause
  • Identify improvement plan to prevent issues from re-occurring
  • Liaise with internal departments, e.g. Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, to implement necessary controls and procedures to ensure optimum service to client and retention of existing business
  • Act as project manager and drive Sales initiatives / strategies to align with company growth direction(e.g. Voluntary Solutions)


  • University graduate with at least 7 years’ related experience in client management
  • Independent and self-motivated with a customer service mindset
  • Knowledge in Sales/Health Insurance or Brokerage background preferred
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mind
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
