ADP Learning & Development Coordinator in Wanchai, Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:(Description)

Primary Responsibilities

Work closely with the regional learning & development team by assisting in the successful execution of regional and global training programs

  • Coordinate the pre & post training logistics with different stakeholders to enable the smooth execution and follow up of the programs (e.g. program agenda, materials, conference room reservation and onsite facilitation support etc)
  • Market the specific programs to targeted audiences across the firm and ensure ongoing updates and information is communicated across relevant divisions
  • Reconcile and monitor program budgets by maintaining a good track of the budget expense records
  • Provide sufficient statistics and reporting analysis including but not limit to historical program attendance rates & feedback survey’s
  • Manage the internal and external vendor speakers/facilitators for upcoming training programs
  • Responsible for managing and keep track of vendor contract and invoice processes
Experience, Skills, Academic

Requirements

  • Prior Learning & Development /event management experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and power-point
  • Able to work independently under a fast pace environment
  • Detail-minded and work oriented
  • Strong English Skills
