Complex Solution Delivery Program Manager

The Loyalty Solutions Complex Delivery will consist of prioritized and business critical programs of work in Australia and Asia.


The successful candidate will bring to the role significant project delivery capability, commercial/business improvement acumen and be able to lead a team of project managers to deliver solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role the successful candidate will lead the Program and Project Management and coordination of activities focused on key initiatives designed to build and develop Loyalty Solutions Complex Solution Delivery, ensuring improved operational effectiveness and proficient delivery of services for the MasterCard regional and global loyalty and reward solutions.

The Loyalty Solutions Complex Solution Delivery program is focused on development and delivery of ongoing complex solution programs of work deemed to be high priority for the business.

Management of cross Asia Pacific resourcing requirements for Loyalty Solutions Complex Solution Delivery Program deployments, matrix managing in country project managers to deliver critical projects (Pipeline and Capacity Management across Region). Oversee Delivery Management as it relates to Complex delivery.

Manage Project Managers around region €“ dotted line into this Program Manager role. Hard line to I&O market lead.

Align associated capability and capacity into critical projects.

Drive and improve project deliver capability and competency of in regional staff.

Ensuring that operational business meets and exceeds operational effectiveness and financial objectives in line with global priorities.

Develop associated Dashboards to manage the pipeline of complex opportunities and performance status of projects under management.

Responsible for establishing the governance and rigor in project delivery including communications plan internally and externally.

Project Management and communication updates of key initiatives being undertaken to improve the overall operational performance and delivery of services to clients.

Coordination of project team activities and thought leadership as directed in relation to key initiative solutions and ideas and problem solving.

Project Manage key initiatives as assigned .

Facilitation of project team meetings, tasks, activities and progress reporting and monitoring.

Tracking and reporting to senior management on project status and articulation and escalation of any support required to resolve issues or direct project teams.

Preparation of dashboard data and presentation materials to inform and educate

Support for the development of go to market strategy communication and implementation of change tasks.

Provide support for the development of key success measures for change initiatives

High capability in Program and Project Management methodologies and skills €“ knowledge of project management process, tools and reporting.

Certification in Program management, and Project Management.

Ability to facilitate and coordinate work and task activities of cross functional team members.

Ability to identify and manage multiple priority tasks concurrently.

Problem identification and resolution €“ providing not only the potential issues but also the options for resolution.

Proven agility and flexibility to cope with demands of multiple concurrent tasks and changes in priority of work activities.

Strong communication skills able to bridge all levels of the organization up and down to create a shared knowledge and understanding of project details, issues and solutions.
