Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Provide clerical and sales administrative support to brands

  • Perform shipment declaration and arrangement

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Order Processing:

  • Follow up on sales order

  • Provide general administration to support the team

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Stock Take:

  • Assist counters and warehouse stock takes

Shipment:

  • Co-ordinate import and export shipment from overseas and local suppliers

  • Handle customs declarations through Trade Link

    Profile

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High Diploma qualification with at least 2 years working experience in order processing, import and re-export arrangement

  • Proficient in MS applications (Power point, Microsoft Word & Excel)

  • Familiar with order processing, import and re-export arrangement

  • Data entry (English) at least 40 words per min

  • Handle customs declarations through Trade Link
