Support the important and growing Asia Pacific Travel Retail business strategically and operationally in the area of soft Visual Merchandising.

To be responsible for the visual merchandising of TR Asia Pacific and support each area :

Ensure and control the brand image of GIVENCHY in TR APAC for counters and animations Provide TR AP VM guidelines across axes to execute visual merchandising strategy in each POS Provide / approve specific planograms for our 80 full-line counters and every new door Source visual merchandising props, coordinate with vendors on production, and manage cost within budget. Coordinate with contractors for new development projects and liaise with each region Field Supervisor for execution follow-up Update of the different POSM elements based on novelties and counter specificities

Job Duties:

Upscale the image of GIVENCHY in TR Asia Pacific:

Upscale the image of GIVENCHY in a cost efficient manner Harmonize brand image from one store to another for more consistency across markets Support with the implementation of the new lipbar concept in liaison with HQ and Asia Architect Manager Identify specific needs from TR AP markets, and liaise with HQ to follow-up and assist in the development Conduct merchandising checklist during market visits and systematically remind delegates on the importance of these guidelines, and train merchandising delegates notably during market visit. Liaise with the TR Asia Architect during new counter project.

Regional guidelines to execute Visual merchandising strategy in each POS:

Update the merchandising bible 4 times a year including : -?- simulations of key launches for animations -?- Planogram guidelines (Displayer) -?- TR Set planograms To propose POSM forecast for permanent counters and animation in line with budget. Coordinate the process of visual and transparencies layout and artwork with local contractor before sharing to the regions Provide guidelines for visuals and planograms for every renovations / opening Work with suppliers and liaise with FS to follow up counter condition and organize maintenance intervention when necessary.

Events and animations :

To send staging guidelines to each regions 2 months before the animation start, fine tune the final concept, planogram, specific POSM. Manage the implementation of SPP / HPP (outpost and in-store events) based on the Central and Regional guidelines, collaborating with Area Managers and marketing teams. To guarantee the animation start on time based on countries specificities, logistic constraints, and contractor deadlines Participate with marketing in creating some retailtainments concept during animation /on-counter events Centralize and update the animations report photos in a monthly follow-up report To train the commercial teams to the merchandising rules and tools Survey competitors' activity and report key innovations. Participate to the design and organization of special regional events and meetings To work with Asia Marketing and TR WW on the good realization and execution of events such as Tax Free Singapore / BA Seminar.


Criteria for performance evaluation :

Profile Over 3 years in visual merchandising (preferably in high end cosmetics or luxury retail design). University graduate with professional degree in Interior Design Complete fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English. Excellent Command of Photoshop and 3D Studio Max. Hands on experience with computer illustration. Good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills. Ability to work in multicultural environment Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with superiors and peers. Lots of creativity, dynamism and initiatives. Excellent time, organizational and project management skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punch list and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision. Willing to travel frequently in the region (China, Korea, South East Asia, Japan mainly) Enthusiastic and responsible. Willing to learn and take new challenges

Required Competencies Project management skill in multi-cultural environment. Strategic planning agility to interpret concepts into actions and implement short and long term merchandising tasks.
