Position Description:

The incumbent is responsible for managing and developing business for International / local brokers and Agency channel, negotiate coverage, price and terms. He/She will work closely with all lines within Casualty as well as other lines to expand the distribution channels. He/She will be implementing marketing strategy and action plan to meet production target effectively and profitably. Main duties include:- Promote AIG Casualty Lines products to International/ local brokers and Agency. Explore, enhance and maintain strong relationships with business producers and distribution partners. - Conduct trainings, organize sales and marketing events and handle ad hoc projects.- Follow underwriting guidelines to analyze information in new and renewal insurance applications.- Determine the risk of insuring a client and determine appropriate premiums and amounts of coverage.- Develop business for both multinational/complex accounts as well as local SME businesses. - Handle agent / broker enquiries and general policy administration. - Assist Underwriting Manager in relating to underwriting and marketing activities.

Position Requirements:

Job Requirements: - University / College graduate- Good knowledge of Casualty products - Experience in servicing major and multinational accounts with key brokers- Good analytical, system, PC skills- Outgoing, positive energy, and good interpersonal skills- 4-5 years of relevant experience; posses an equivalent combination of education or related experience
