VF Corporation Senior Marketing Officer, Nautica HK in Hong Kong
The position is responsible to organize and execute retail marketing activities including but not limited to advertising, PR, promotion and sponsorship and CRM campaign that align with retail strategies.
Responsible for smooth transition from Tristate to VF.
Key Result Areas :
Assist the Manager on the Implementation of effective brand building and marketing programs by proactively working on advertising, communication, media plan, PR, joint promotion, brand website, digital, social media and sales promotion etc.;
Track & Update Online Presence as required to include Website updates, any other Social posts. Mailers for CRM members
Responsible for tracking PR & ePR generated , POP , shopping bags and other marketing collaterals as required for the retail store
Initiate & executive consumer engagement program to tie-in with the seasonal theme;
Work closely with Manager for Brand catalog & look book and other assets
Consolidate and compile marketing presentations for monthly marketing update/ ad hoc marketing campaigns/post-campaign ROI review;
Adapt global communication materials and transform into local relevance and manner including tailor-made advertising, digital, brand website, PR, seasonal catalogue, consumer brochure, monthly VM Theme, POP, DM, premiums to fit the market needs;
Work closely with VM on new opening, renovation, sale show and sales event from blue print to completion for all channels. Locate proper vendors for all productions in relation to display and fixtures;
Manage & update the VIP program on an ongoing basis , Monthly tracking of active customers , points generated , redemption , program related benefits
Manage the CRM system and run BI report for regular analysis;
Enlarge member base and retain member MEM relationship. The job includes initiating Acquisition and Renewal Program such as seasonal new arrival promotion to include GWP (gift with purchase), Preview discount, brochure and advertorial and fashion show etc. as well as monthly birthday privilege and seasonal communication program
Revive the inactive VIPs and formulate retention strategies and develop long-term loyalty platform.
