  1. management- Translation- Update content (such as addition of new shops to location finder)2. Social media managementI. Dior owned social media - Facebook - Communicate with Central on the posting - Targeting : FB targeting recommendation & CRM targetingII. Other social media - portals, trade - Prepare brief for portals - Provide content to Trade Marketing team to formulate strategy in trade social media platforms and to request content from Central if necessary3. Launch planning- Research on customer digital behavior / preference to support on product launch digital strategy- Work together to formulate digital strategy for product launches4. Online mediaI. Online Media Placement - Briefing to media agency - Coordinate for getting approval - HK Product Team, Regional Marketing Team, Central Internet Team - Coordinate on productionII. KOL / Bloggers / Tie-up - Identify the target & work together with Product team on the selection - Manage the different touchpoints such as event, tie-up, storyboard, photoshooting, etcIII. Workshop-related - Identify portals with potential for workshop recruitment - Coordination for workshop recruitment with portal5. Digital activation
  • Collaborate with Product, PR and Trade team to define and produce impactful digital integrations into key activations and to follow-up on execution- Deliver creative and innovative ideas- Analyze and report the results and effectiveness of the digital campaign- Research and share on online/offline digital activation within beauty industry and other industry6. Others- Assist in budget management and invoicing



  • University Degree in Communications/ Marketing or related discipline- At least 3 years solid experience in digital or media communication in beauty or luxury industry- Strong interest on latest digital technology- Strong work accuracy and media relations- Solid understanding and experience of social media across platforms- Self-motivated, creative and detail minded- Multi-tasking and organized- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
