Job: Sales and Merchandising Delegate Reporting to: Area manager Based in: Hong Kong

Key job accountabilities: - Contribute to achieve sell-out results defined as per retail targets and gain market share. - Ensure perfect merchandising recommendations guidelines in each door. - Responsible for brand image during animations, promotions, on-counter events. - Work as a team with Retail and training executive. - Looking after the trade marketing promotions and digital activation for the region - Manage one Sales and retail coordinator

Commercial: sell-out Build promotion plan and validate with AM before sending to retailers, follow-up after retailers' meetings. Follow-up and validate with AM promotion plan including: o Trade plan + special events o Incentives + estimate impact on budget o GWP based on left-over usage to minimize budget over-spending o POSM usage Present to Retailers: launch plan + action plans if applicable.

Commercial: sell-in Control and analyse stock level: review orders , suggested quantities + recos to AM based on stock coverage, planogram, animation plan Ensure all POSM, testers and GWP are ordered on time and in a controlled way. Follow-up on novelty order based on Fast and first order recommendations. Forecast all POSM needed by door as well as recommended quantities for novelties to be discussed with AM.

Merchandising Budget: follow-up budget for POSM including extra POSM, visual, light boxes, deco events and testers. Coordinate with Retail & Training executive implementation of planograms in line with validated guidelines. POSM / Pre series: manage ordering process and timeline. Set-up Retail excellence merchandising guidelines for Retail and training executive to follow up in store execution: planograms for new launches, new counters, on counter events, animations... Follow-up with Regional VM / local contractor on merchandising improvement (floor plan / new POSM idea).

Animations: Brief and challenge local suppliers in order to monitor the promo budget => KAM to validate related invoices. Set targets for each special event (BC, OCE, MU event pads...). Ensure the set-up follow the brand guidelines + different timelines constraints (retailer / contractor). Consolidate promotions results (quanti+quali+P&L of animation) based also on Retail and training executive feedbacks + elaborate recommendation, action plan based on best-practices and key learnings. Work closely with Retail and training executive to improve animation execution, set ups, concepts. Monitor animations budget and optimize costs whenever it is possible.

Digital: Brief and work with marketing team on digital calendar, content, storytelling needed for working with the agency
