VF Corporation Retail Operations Supervisor in Hong Kong
Principal Accountabilities / 主要職責
Leading the team to achieve Brand goals in all dimensions
Working closely with Senior Retail Manager about the sales strategy for HK retail market and enhance the productivity. Initiate any action plans and monitor the progress to ensure it help to achieve the company/brand goal.
Being the key communication bridge between office team and frontend team. Regular communication between frontlines staffs and office team.
Coordinate the daily operation support with the office team and other supportive department including finance, VM, Marketing, planning, allocation, product, IT, training team
Act as a key project leader to drive any operational enhancement project which allow the store present at brand standard with attractive customer engagement
Drive and support business development including store opening, retail project and ad hoc activity. Manage Store project and ensure cost control effectively.
As key person to lead retails related system support & development. Ensure the TTPOS & VIP/CRM system proper function.
Drives the brand success by plan and hold training & field coaching to best fit the operational, service needs and ensure the program is for front line staffs development in all tiers. People development is one of the key of essential for success.
Analysis for store performance (KPI enhancement) and business development in regular manner (daily, weekly, monthly…etc.). Market activity study is important as well. In order to understand the market and business, to plan effective promotion and incentive programs.
Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需專業技能和工作經驗
Education / 學歷背景: Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
Experience / 工作經驗: At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in retail operation
Language / 語言應用: Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese. Good command in Mandarin
Computer / 電腦操作: Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Others / 其他:
