VF Corporation Retail Analyst in Hong Kong
As a Retail Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Developing the allocation plan that aligns with the buy and product flow strategies for each season and make recommendation where necessary
Executing the initial (floor set) seasonal allocation plans
Monitoring store stock levels and sales trends through reporting and analytics
Establishing the initial replenishment levels (aka target stock) in the ERP system
Maintaining the replenishment levels (aka target stock) in the ERP system in-season based on stock and sales trend analysis and product life cycle
Balancing stock within stores and across channels as needed
Reviewing production order status and working with Ops Planning & Forecasting to understand inventory status issues (overstocks, late deliveries, short shipments) and the impact
Understanding seasonal marketing initiatives to ensure accurate inventory allocation
Communicating with Retail Operations on inventory and replenishment adjustments, inventory concerns, and any other information that impacts store operations
Trouble-shooting and resolving allocation issues in a timely manner
