Expansion of the business in Asia-Pacific requesting a regional trainer to support in training & coaching function

Key objective to increase BC productivity and market share through regular training and on-counter coaching

Ensure the level of BC in knowledge and image are maintain at corporate standard


Deliver in APAC the company's training objectives & strategies in co-ordination with the Regional Training Manager

Provide classroom training for BCs & Generic Staff and follow-up at the counter level through individual coaching

Assess BC attitude, knowledge, grooming, selling techniques and overall performance

Plan and monitor training and traveling expenses according to budget & resources optimization



Ensure the implementation of the regional training strategy to support regional sales objectives

Access new BC induction program including product knowledge, brand DNA, selling techniques, make-up skills, attitude and brand spirit

Monitor, review and follow-up on trainings to ensure BCs are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet corporate standard and to assure knowledge are applied at work

Ensure BCs follow the brand's selling chic routine and express brand values through customer service

Validate and adapt all training tools in local language and local needs

Identify make-up training needs and collaborate with Regional Make-up coach to develop make-up talents

Deliver Generic Staff training and build brand awareness to the shop floor staff

Map out yearly training plan of classroom sessions and individual counter coaching

Monitor yearly regional training budge to be discussed with Regional Training Manager

Support on ad-hoc projects and assist in regional BC Seminar/workshop by areas


Drive retail performance through regular field coaching program including link-selling and service techniques

Liaise with retail team on the "Focus star" of the month and design selling ritual to achieve sales objective

Evaluate and review BC performance, evolution of the BC skills, action plan and best practices with Regional Training Manager and Area Manager

Optimize retail performance and define action plans with Field Supervisor & Area Manager

Support sales team on BC recruitment to ensure candidate meets the prerequisite qualification



Degree holder in any discipline

3 years training experience in luxury/cosmetic retail environment

Solid experience in field coaching

Fluency in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Extensive knowledge or certified in make-up is a plus

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing

60% of field presence and willing to travel
