Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Retail Operation Excellence

  • Improve the overall retail practices at Fendi through the implementation and continuous improvement of the standards

  • Engage key stakeholders in the TOP Store (Retail Operation Excellence) Program, including Retail team and General Manager in the market

  • Train and coach the retail colleagues on the Top Store Program as necessary

  • Support and advise to market on improvement areas and action plan. Working closely with TOP Store leaders, store team and counterpart at Corporate level

  • Codify and implement solutions and tools in a TOP Store Playbook

  • Prepare and roll out of new top store initiatives or new phases to markets (support each zone to build its rollout plan, ensure prerequisites for success are in place)

  • Support Mystery Shopping effort and to facilitate improvement action plan and its implementation

  • Measure and celebrate success (define KPIs and SMART objectives, track performance & communicate results)

  • Minimum 5 years retail management experience in luxury retail industry

  • Strong organizational skills, project management experience

  • Well-organized and detailed oriented

  • Mature and self-motivated

  • Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels

  • Demonstrate ability to motivate and manage the project team

  • Good communication with English, Mandarin and Cantonese
