VF Corporation Regional Merchandising Manager in Hong Kong

Job Description

  • Key Purpose of the Job:

  • To support Senior Regional Merchandising Manager, in the execution of Regional Product Strategy (Women’s footwear & accessories) following the company objective, become the voice of the region and select key product initiatives against these strategies to achieve budgeted revenue and gross margin in the region.

  • Assortment planning for regions products based on customers requirement

  • Work with Planning and allocation to develop assortment plan that support overall strategy of in stock positioning for keyed categories

  • To conduct product presentation to both Retail and WS team during GTM sales meeting and Distribution meeting which is held twice a year, as and requested to also present during countries Trade Show events

  • To work with SMM the process of product development and cost management to negotiate the best for TBL ASIA

  • Facilitate and promote communications and co-operation between, Retail operation, merchandising and marketing/VM functions and resources to accomplish sales, margin objectives.

  • To work with marketing team in building seasonal product strategy
