-Position to be based in Hong Kong

-To support the Regional Marketing Director on a day-to-day basis and to oversee the administrative needs of the regional marketing team in an efficient manner, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality

-To undertake special projects to support the development of the brand and the business in the region


Personal Assistant Duties

-Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

-Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for the APAC Marketing Team

-Preparing expense reports for the Regional Marketing Director as well as managers in the APAC Marketing Team

-Take notes, dictation or minutes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations

-Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

-Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

-Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments

-Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, sometimes corresponding on behalf of the Regional Marketing Director

-Carrying out background research and presenting findings

-Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

-Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Regional Marketing Director is well prepared for meetings

-Liaising with external parties, suppliers and other staff

-Other administrative tasks when appropriate and necessary

Ad Hoc Projects & Other Duties

-Undertaking special projects on an ad-hoc basis across different marketing functions (e.g. Product, Operational Marketing, Digital, Communications, CRM, etc) as required

-Consolidation of monthly sell-out by SKU report for the total APAC region


-At least 2 - 3 years' solid experience in administrative position - retail industry experience is a definite advantage

-Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

-Good command of Chinese and English (spoken and written)
