Position

EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT

TRAINING CALENDAR

· Set up yearly training calendar template for Asia region based on Asia marketing launch plan and optimum number of in-class training sessions per year

· Adapt proposed yearly calendar to the target audiences (BCs, new BCs, specialists, counter managers)

TRAINING MODULES

· Products modules: Review contents of new products training modules with HQs Training Department before circulation to markets in order to fit closely to Asia region identified needs

· Non-products modules: Review existing catalogue and suggest necessary amendments to Head office Training Department according to Asia identified needs

TRAINING MATERIALS AND OTHER SUPPORT

· Materials availability: Liaise with Head office Training Department to obtain required training materials (modules, BC gifts etc.) in time in order to properly execute Asia marketing activity plan

COUNTER TEAM ORGANIZATION

· Review current existing positions across the Asia region and suggest harmonization of titles/denominations and job descriptions for the Asia region

TRAINING DEPARTMENT ORGANIZATION

· Review existing local Training Department organization (headcount, job description) and propose local Training Department organization template for the Region (with per market adaptation if necessary)

· Training facilities: review existing facilities and make sure that they are suitable for training (comfort and brand image)

TRAINING / COACHING OF LOCAL MARKET TRAINER

· Attend local training sessions on a regular basis and feedback local trainer on their training deliveries

· Participate in local trainer recruitment and ensure proper orientation program and successful integration in FRESH organization in liaison with concerned local market and head office

· Organize regional meetings with local trainers and assist head office in the organization of international seminar whenever solicited

· Communicate with local trainers on a permanent basis in order to provide them with needed assistance. Circulate in real time to all region trainers local initiatives or achievements that could be fruitfully extended to all markets

BC UNIFORM

· Manage BC uniform policy in liaison with local trainers and concerned departments in Head Office

RETAIL PERFORMANCE (TO BE ADDED AND EVOLVED AS SECOND STAGE)

The scope covers :

. Excellence in Retail Management - provide operational tools and guidelines (retail - training - merchandising)

. Recruit & retain and develop the Fresh Ambassadors (FAs) - for sales & hospitality

. Provide exceptional Customer Servicing through a total lifestyle approach (cross selling)

. Reinforce our image at POS and efficacy upon VM display

. Measure. optimize and improve efficiency, productivity & hospitality per market, compare the sales & commission # of HC per door

. Retail organisation (classification of FAs at year end for development) => need for harmonization among countries & within them (RM level)
