Workplace Interior Design based in Hong Kong

Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Implementing interiors workplace projects through the management of project teams

  • Negotiating for fees and contracts, managing, scheduling, budgeting and staffing for design team, coordinating with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors

  • Preparing proposal and contract if necessary

  • Reviewing project for conformance to contract

  • Tracking financial performance of project

  • Communicating with Client and other parties and presenting to client as required

  • Handling project documentation and risk control

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

  • 10 years+ of successful project experience in global service corporate interiors

  • Hold a Degree in Interior Design is a must

  • Extensive knowledge of interior principles/practices especially in Hong Kong and China

  • Good leadership capability and can work as a team

  • Strong ability in managing fees, schedules and staffing

  • Professional license or certification is required

  • Experience working with marketing developing proposals

  • Good business development skills and ability to develop a network

  • Excellent communication skill (both written and spoken) in English and mother tongue in Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Able to travel upon request
