PR & Digital Communications responsibility to assist the Assistant PR & Communications Manager to create and execute successful PR, digital marketing communications plans (mainly but not limited to PR and Media) for HK & Macau to achieve strong brand awareness and PR ranking objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To translate brand image and DNA to have a consistent PR and digital communication strategy to media and consumers in local market

  • To build strong E-PR relationship with Beauty Bloggers, Lifestyle KOLs and online media and to enhance overall brand awareness in digital landscape and to influence millennials

  • To assist manager to develop social media communications calendar including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & etc. and to develop content for digital and social media platforms to drive brand's goals

  • To assist manager to maintain good share of buzz and engagement with influencers thru social media platform managing

  • Manage brand website and responsible for SEO / SEM optimization.

  • To execute new launch digital marketing campaign to increase brand awareness and O2O campaign

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adopt new social media practices quickly as appropriate

  • To compile PR clippings and digital tracking reports

  • Daily administration of PR stocks and handle press/online media/KOLs' enquiry on product information and brands' activities

  • To assist & support the Assistant PR & Communications Manager in other areas if required



  • Degree holder in Digital Marketing / PR & Communications / Marketing with at least 3 years or above relevant experience in Digital Marketing / PR & Communications / Marketing

  • Great personality, Enthusiastic and dynamic individual

  • Creative and Sensitive to market trends

  • A good team player, flexible, presentable, proactive and willing to learn

  • Understand diverse cultures and have strong adaptability

  • Result-driven

  • Ability to multi-task and possess good analytical skills

  • Well-organized and with good time management

  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Candidate from In-house retail brands or digital agency are also welcomed

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as PR & Digital Communications Assistant
