The Partnerships Operations Manager supports and leads all Operations including Customer Support (CS) and Field Operations (FO) activities with ad-hoc and ongoing operational change and analytics.

In this role, you will be the lynchpin between the Partnerships team, and the Operations teams, ensuring that the events (e.g. music concerts, sporting events) are organized well, and for that you would have a perfect understanding of the needs of every partnership agreement. You would analyze and review all metrics related to Partnerships processes, policies and volumes within CS and FO teams including monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and controls relating to changes and rollouts.

You're the type of person who enjoys seeking out persistent problems and fixing them once and for all. The focus here will be innovations that improve our partnerships operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the communication and implementation of process, policy and tools in partnership with other stakeholders, acting as a point of contact between these stakeholders and the Operations Teams.

  • Analyze and interpret reporting results and proactively communicate trends.

  • Analyze and discover key leavers to improve performance.

  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.

  • Proactively evaluate the impact of upcoming new partners for operational department.

  • Understand business structure and create Analysis accordingly.

  • Interact, lead and support the creation of business cases, including defining requirements, in liaison with Partnerships department and potentially being involved in interacting with the partner, promoter, venue, etc for operational purpose.

  • Represent Operations as part of key discussions around partnerships policies, processes and tools or roll-outs.

Experience and Key Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent.

  • Track record of experience handing multiple tasks, meeting short deadlines in a dynamic/changing environment.

  • Experience presenting and communicating at all levels of the organization and to external stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English. Any additional Asian language a plus.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Work well under pressure and takes charge of getting things done.

  • Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.

  • Strong understanding of Customer Support and Field Operations.

  • Commercially focused, but with a Customer Service mindset.
